- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Gender Informed Sustainability Studies for Kirinyaga. 1. The Government of the Republic of Kenya has received a loan from the African Development Fund towards the cost of Kenya Towns Sustainable Water and Sanitation Program (KTSWSSP) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for payments under the contract for consultancy services for Consultancy services for Gender informed sustainability studies for Kirinyaga, Nithi, Mandera and Marsabit water service providers, and strategic plan for Tana Water Works Development Agency 2. The services will include but not limited to: - i) Gender informed sustainability studies for Kirinyaga, Nithi, Mandera and Marsabit water service providers, and strategic plan for Tana Water Works Development Agency 3. The Tana Water Works Development Agency (TWWDA) on behalf of Northern Water Works Development Agency (NWWDA) now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. 4. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank's: “Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations" dated October 2015, which is available on the Bank's website at http://www.afdb.org. The Borrower is under no obligation to shortlist any consultant who expresses interest 5. Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours 0800- 1600Hrs (East Africa Time) on Mondays and Fridays except on Public Holidays. 6. Expressions of interest must be delivered at the Tender Box of Tana Water Works Development Agency (TWWDA) on or before 10:00 Hours local time on 17th February,2022 clearly marked 'Expression of Interest for Consultancy services for Gender informed sustainability studies for Kirinyaga, Nithi, Mandera and Marsabit water service providers, and strategic plan for Tana Water Works Development Agency'.
