- Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Firms to Develop Continuous Professional Development Policy and Framework for TVET Trainers The Ministry of Education, State Department of Vocational and Technical Training has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Support to Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) for enhanced skills development project (TVET phase II project), and intends to apply part of the agreed amount of this loan to payments under the contract for a consulting firms to develop Continuous Professional Development Policy and Framework for TVET trainers under the project. The services included under this project are: (a) To review existing CPD programs in Kenya (b) To conduct benchmarking of CPD in the context of TVET trainers (c) To review professional status of TVET trainers in Kenya (d) Develop a CPD Policy and Framework for TVET trainers (e) Validate the CPD Policy and Framework with relevant stakeholders (f)Develop implementation strategy for the CPD Policy and Framework (g) Develop a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) framework for CPD implementation
