This will include a situational gap analysis indicating what is working well and what can be reviewed and improved, key considerations may include but not be limited; · Reviewing field operations and road safety policies and procedures · Reviewing road safety training b) Training personnel on road safety c) Creating a structured field operations and road safety management system around responsibilities, risk assessment, accident investigation procedure and performance monitoring. Participants · Suitable companies are invited to respond by sending an email, no later than 12:00hrs EAT Wednesday 15th December 2021, including the company profile and a brief description of their understanding of the above consultancy to procurement.ke@dlight.com .
