Expression of Interest are invited for Climate Change and Development Modeling and Analysis - Kenya. Publication Date: 19-Aug-2022 Expression of Interest Deadline: 31-Aug-2022 Climate change is a major risk to good development outcomes, and the World Bank Group aims to help countries integrate climate action into their core development agendas. The Country Climate and Development Reports (CCDRs) are diagnostics that aim to help countries integrate development objectives and climate action looking out to 2030 and 2050. This request for expressions of interest is for a multipronged assignment to develop a biophysical model that integrates climate change impact pathways on a. food security and agricultural productivity (agriculture-land use - water) b. scaling up green manufacturing (energy- transport-infrastructure) c. resilient and green cities (urban, energy, transport, water) The outputs would feed into macroeconomic and human development models and be the basis for determining investment needs, possible role of public and private sector, and how to enable a just transition.
