Description:
Tenders are invited for Completion of Intensive Care Unit (Icu) Phase Iii at Migori County Referal Hospital. Interested Eligible Bidders may download complete tender documents from the County Government of Migori website (migori.go.ke). www.tenders.go.ke (PPIP portal) and/ or through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using the Negotiation Numbers provided. Bidders shall submit the Original Tender security by dropping in sealed envelopes in the Tender Box located outside the Supply Chain Management Offices at the county treasury Pre-tender site visits for all works shall be carried out on Wednesday 19th January 2022.Bidders shall meet at the county headquarter,infront of the procurement office at 10.00 a.m. Any clarification may be sought for through procurement@migori.go.ke . Complete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke so as to be received on or before Monday 24th January 2022 at 10.00 a.m. NOTE: Bidders who may experience challenges in accessing and uploading their tenders in the IFMIS supplier portal should contact the IFMIS helpdesk (e-mail http:/ifmis.go.ke, Tel: 0800721477/0204801801) at the treasury or contact Supply Chain Management office County Government of Migori for assistance during official working hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm) MANUAL SUBMISSIONS shall not be accepted.
