The integration of AItools not only enhances the accuracy and scalability of detecting gender themesbut also supports the development of methodologies that can be shared as publicgoods to lower costs for similar future initiatives. The project outputs, supporting documents, produced datasets, and developed methodologies will serveas public goods for stakeholders to utilize after the project's completion, thereby lowering the cost of running similar exercises. The project team seeks to hire an implementing institution with advanced experience in using computational linguistics and LLM-based applications to support cross-cultural analysis to support core activities under this project.
