- Tenders are invited for Proposed Construction and Completion of New Model ECDE at Lokaliban in Kaeris Ward. Tender Security: Kshs.100,000 Bidders must Upload copy of original bid security to the IFMIS Portal and deliver the ORIGINAL bid security to the office of the Director Supply Chain Management Services, Procurement Department, Office of the Governor- Lodwar. Prices quoted must remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120] days from the opening date. The bid security must be valid for one hundred and fifty [150] days from the opening date.
