• The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) invites qualified and experienced firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for the Construction and Refurbishment of selected facilities at the National Police Service College, Main Campus, Kiganjo, Kenya, under the project “Supporting the Modernization and Professionalization of the National Police Service College.”The primary objective of this project is to upgrade and modernize critical infrastructure within the College to create a professional, well-equipped, and conducive teaching and learning environment for leadership, instructors, trainees, and law enforcement officers.The project will aim to undertake sustainable and environmentally friendly refurbishment and, where necessary, construction of selected facilities at the National Police Service College, Main Campus, Kiganjo. This includes upgrading essential training, accommodation, storage, and recreational infrastructure to improve capacity, functionality, and sustainability.
