Description:
Tenders are invited for Construction of Major Theatre at Hamisi Sub County Hospital. 1. The County Government of Vihiga, Department of Finance and Economic Planning, P.O Box 344-50300 Maragoli invites sealed tenders from interested and eligible contractors for the above mentioned tenders. 2. Tendering conducted under competitive method - Open National using a standard tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. 3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours, i.e., 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below. 4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.vihiga.go.ke , www.tenders.go.ke or the IFMIS supplier portal: http://supplier.treasury.go.ke. Tender documents are downloaded electronically free of charge. 5. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (240) days from the date of opening offenders. 6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a ["tender Security" or "Tender-Securing Declaration," as appropriate] as per standard tender documents and tender data sheet provided. 7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. 8. Completed tender documents MUST be submitted through IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: http://supplier.treasury.go.ke so as to be received on or before Monday 24th January 2022 at 11:00 am EAT. The system will automatically lock out at the time and date of tender closing as indicated in the IFMIS portal. No manual submission of tenders. 9. Bidders MUST scan and upload a copy of original bid security to the IFMIS portal. No manual documents are allowed. 10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. 11. Mandatory pre-tender site visit: Monday 17th January 2022. The interested tenderers will meet at the office of the accounting officer, Finance and Economic Planning located at the Governors Office in Mbale Town by 11:00 am at their own cost. 12. NOTE: Bidders who experience challenges in accessing or uploading tender documents in the IFMIS portal should contact the IFMIS helpdesk 0800721477 at The National Treasury or contact county Supply Chain Management services office located at the County Treasury at the governors office.
