Description:
Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Production of Short Animation Video of Mespt Profile and Telephone Voice Over MESPT is seeking the services of a competent production house/ firm that is good in animation to: • Produce and edit in English, a short video of MESPT profile. The video should be informative and inspiring not exceeding 7.5 minutes. • The video will be an animated video and shall have subtitles where applicable. • Produce and edit in English a short telephony voice over (for use when a caller in on hold). The consultant in this assignment will be expected to work closely with MESPT for deliberation on the following: • Meetings to discuss the expected output. • Preparation of script and narration for the animation video. • Selection, recording and approval of Voice over/narration and background music. • Planning and developing a production schedule for the production. • Developing, selection and approval of the graphics or animation for the video. • Mapping out and planning the treatment of the production (Story board sequence) of appropriate characters and other infographics. • Editing the final production to required high resolution and standards. • Finalize the video according to the feedback provided by MESPT.
