- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for the Development of Five Year Strategic Plan for Wakf Commissioners of Kenya. The WAKF Commissioner is established under the WAKF Commissioners Act chapter 9 Of 2012. Our mission is to register and administer WAKF properties on behalf of Muslims for sustainability. Among our main functions are to advice National and County government on matters concerning the administration of WAKF, development of urban WAKF properties, implement education and welfare schemes and undertake awareness programs. The commission intends to enlist the services of qualified consultants to help develop its five-year strategic plan (2021-2026) to guide its operation in accordance with its mandate. Interested consultants are therefore invited to submit their expression of interest to undertake the assignment
