Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Services for Provision of Training of Risk Management and Development of Risk Management Policy and Framework. The National and County Public Finance Management Regulations, 2015, Sections 160 and 165 require all Accounting Officers to develop risk management strategies, which include fraud prevention mechanisms in their entities. The Ministry of Industrialization, Trade and Enterprise Development - State Department for Industrialization has set aside funds in its budget toward the cost of the subject consulting services. The Procuring Entity now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called "the services”): Training of Risk Management Standing Committee and Development of a Risk Management Policy and Framework. More details on the Services are provided in Section 5, Terms of Reference available on www.industrialization.go.ke The selection criteria are that: 1. Consultants should be duly registered in Kenya and in good legal standing. 2. Minimum of seven years' experience in undertaking similar assignments; The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section 55, of The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 setting forth the eligibility to bid conditions. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality Cost Based Selection (QCBS) Method set out in The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours i.e. 0800 to 1700 hours. Requests for Proposal must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person,) by 19th May, 2022, 1000 hours.
