Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services for the Implementation of Wave 9 of the Kenya Rapid Response Phone Survey This assignment aims to build on the existing RRPS by planning and implementing Wave 9 of the exercise to continue providing adequate data on the socio-economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, with a focus on price and weather-related shocks. In addition to assessing impacts, the data will allow for an assessment of households coping strategies and recovery efforts to inform policy.The firm will plan and implement the ninth wave of the RRPS, with the survey expected to be conducted over one month and covering at least 6,000 households. The median length of the interview will be around 15 minutes by phone. The sample will be drawn from an existing phone survey; replacements will be drawn using random digit dialing (RDD). It will be organized in a weekly representative fashion to allow weekly updates of a dashboard. All interviews will be conducted via a Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) platform which allows supervision and quality control and sharing the incoming data.
