Improvement works of rural roads, using both gravel and Low Volume Seal technology, within the beneficiary counties of Vihiga, Kakamega and Trans Nzoia; Equipment endowment for the Trans Nzoia Regional Office (KeRRA); Services of a Programme Management Consultant (PMC) for supporting project management and implementation; Consulting services for the road prioritization and selection process, detailed design, construction supervision, and environmental and social safeguards compliance, including ESIAs, baseline and impacts studies as well as independent audits.
