- The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for the Development of a Results Based Monitoring and Evaluation (RBM&E) System for the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) in Nairobi, Kenya. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) through its Criminal Justice Programme (CPCJ) Programme intends to support the EACC to develop and deliver a digital, results-based monitoring and evaluation system that automates performance tracking across the strategic plans of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, National Integrity Academy, and Kenya Leadership and Integrity Forum, enhancing data-driven decision-making, accountability, and service delivery within a four-month period.The project's primary objectives of this requirement are: i. Needs Assessment•Review RBM&E policies and frameworks•Evaluate existing tools and infrastructure•Map RBM&E workflows in Commission and NIAca•Identify best practices and suitable database structuresii.
