Description:
Tenders are invited for Development of a Training Manual for building capacity of the staff of the National Employment Authority in Kenya Objectives of the assignement To develop a training manual and deliver training to respond to the needs of the Kenyan context. This training manual should be able to offer training packages at three levels : Managers and Senior officer Operational Staff Counsellors (employment officers including Career Counsellors) This training manual should: · Offer upgrading knowledge and skills of existing staff · Support the induction of newly recruited staff · In both cases, be in line with the organizational choices and the service offer that the NEA has chosen to deploy in its branches.
