To organize awareness raising session for at least 611 ILO trained retuned migrant workers using the Think.COOP and Start.COOP guides ensuring they are well informed about the benefit and responsibility of cooperative membership; To organize interested ILO trained returned migrant workers in Mombasainto a SACCO for returnees; To help set up systems and structures for the SACCO including governance frameworks and operational procedures; To provide seed money to kickstart the SACCO's operations, enabling immediate access to financing for members; To provide two rounds training on cooperativeleadership and management for the elected SACCO leaders; and To provide tailored Business Development Service (BDS) to all SACCO members focusing on critical areas such as business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, and accessing additional funding sources to enhance theirentrepreneurial efforts and ensure the sustainability of their businesses established and supported by the SACCO
