Description:
Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:The Lead Trainer will deliver the full GET Ahead Trainer Certification process for WEF staff and other selected participants under the ILO PROSPECTS programme. Tasks include preparing a methodological note and ToT agenda, advising on participant selection, and providing pre-training guidance. The Lead Trainer will conduct a 5-day GET Ahead Training of Trainers for up to 25 participants, emphasizing gender-responsive entrepreneurship training, coaching techniques, micro-teaching assessments, and certification requirements. Following the ToT, the Trainer will support candidates as they conduct two Trainings of Entrepreneurs and coach at least three entrepreneurs each, offering remote and in-person guidance. The Trainer will evaluate candidate performance, certify successful trainers through the GET Ahead online platform, and submit a final report summarizing delivery, support provided, results, and certification recommendations.Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.Thank you.
