The main objectives of this consultancy are to: -Develop an evolving database of active members; - Strengthen the capacities of staff in charge of database management; - Support the follow-up during one month the use of the database. At the end of the consultation, the following results are expected: -An Access format database of active members, with general information and the evolution of members is developed -The capacities of the staff responsible for managing the database are strengthened; - Monitoring of the implementation of the database is ensured.
