Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Kenya Affordable Housing Project - Technical Consultants. To assist IFC advise the NHC on the proposed housing project at Stoni Athi, IFC is hiring a team of Technical Consultants (PPP Experts, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Environmental & Social experts, Commercial and finance experts) (the Consultants) to serve as a technical transaction advisor to conduct a thorough techno-commercial feasibility study of the Project under a PPP scheme. The output of this advisory work will be a Technical and Commercial Due diligence Report which IFC will use to prepare a Transaction Structure Report for NHC. The Consultant will also have to participate in preparing the technical aspects of the presentations and reports to be delivered to NHC and provide technical inputs, draft tender documents and project agreements.
