We are looking for the following key features above the standard basic features in a MIS. Main features of the MIS Multi-level Administration and Reporting Web Based and Android App Flexible and Open Design Supports Multi-devices Access Supports Unlimited Users Allows Third Party Integrations Modular Based Business Intelligence Tools SMS Integration GIS Tracking Mobile App should allow offline data entry with synchronization occurring once internet is available How to apply: Expression of Interest CAPYEI seeks the technical support of a consultant to customize this system.
