- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Security Services for Its Local and Expatriate Staff Statement of Work: • Provide Monthly Based Deliverables, which include: · The security provider will provide regular updates and monthly reports. · While IRI staff are traveling, the Contractor will provide regular reporting with detailed reporting on regional, inter- and intra-tribal dynamics, engagement with key militia, political and tribal leaders, and predictive analysis, by region. · Provide for IRI staff an emergency hotline to communicate emergency situations, assist in crisis management, and training in conflict management · Create an Employee Location Management System (ELMS) to assist IRI in supporting employees, families, and any other designated users during incidents or emergencies. This service should provide the ability to locate and communicate with users. • Create and implement an internal crisis response plan and crisis response services that meets international standards. This plan should allow the provider to provide quick, efficient, and cost-effective crisis response in line with the expectations of IRI. In the event that a crisis occurs and the Contractor is required to activate a responder, prior approval before activation is required. • Be prepared to provide a spectrum of journey management profiles to move staff across Kenya to match the expected risk, including long road moves and higher threats. Staff may travel to all counties of Kenya, but most commonly will travel to Greater Nairobi, Greater Mombasa, and the Greater Nyanza-Rift Valley region. • Provide Emergency and/or Ad Hoc Security Services
