- Dear Sir / Madam:We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for Civil Engineering Design and Technical Support for Agricultural Infrastructure and Preliminary Bio Refinery Utility Assessment for the Galana Ethanol Biorefinery Project.With the support of UNDP in Kenya and UNDP Rome Centre, GBL seeks to engage an experienced civil engineering consultancy or consortium to:Complete agricultural infrastructure design and costing to operationalise the 2,000 Ha feedstock supply system.Develop a preliminary utility assessment (power, water, and biomass feedstock for boilers) is necessary for siting and conceptualising the biorefinery within a 50 km radius of Baricho.
