Description:
Tenders are invited for Proposed Construction of Elevated Steel Pressed Water Tank at KMTC Mutomo Campus, in Kitui County. Tender Security amount (KSHS): 180,000/= Tender documents with full specifications can be obtained from the KMTC Headquarters, 1st Floor - Procurement Office, upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings one thousand (Kshs. 1,000/=) in bankers' cheque for the above tender. Cash is strictly not acceptable. Bidders who buy the tender document from the procurement office MUST register in the Tender Register. The Tender Document can be viewed and downloaded from the website: www.kmtc.ac.ke or http://tenders.go.ke at no cost. Bidders who download documents from the website MUST equally register their Tender at KMTC Headquarters, Procurement Office during normal working hours (08.00 am - 5.00 pm) from Monday to Friday. Completed Tender documents, in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the relevant Tender number and bearing no indications of the sender, must be submitted in the manner described in the Tender document and addressed to:-- The Chief Executive Officer, Kenya Medical Training College, P O Box 30195-00100, NAIROBI. and be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Entrance of the KMTC Administration Block, Headquarters Nairobi, on or before the respective closing date and time indicated above. Prices quoted must be net (V.A.T Inclusive) expressed in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the Tender while the Tender Security shall remain valid for 150 days. Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the Old Graduation Square.
