• Tenders are invited for Proposed Rehabilitation of Gede Complex at Gede Ruins - Kilifi County Interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Document during office hours between 0900 and 1600 hours in the Office of the Principal Procurement Officer at the National Museums of Kenya along Museum Hill. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KES 1,000.00 in cash or Banker's Cheque and payable at the cash office, Heritage Centre, National Museums of Kenya Head Quarters. 4.Tender document may also be viewed and/or downloaded for free from the organization-s website: www.museums.or.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to Email: procurement@museums.or.ke to facilitate any further clarifications or addenda 5. Each tender must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs. One Million (1,000,000.00) valid for One hundred and fifty (150) days from the date of closing of the tender. 6. Eligible tenderers will be required to submit separate technical and financial bids. First, a technical evaluation shall be conducted and only those bids that meet the minimum acceptable qualification criteria shall have their financial bids opened and subsequently evaluated. 7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. 8.
