Description:
Tenders are invited for provision of air tickets. Interested eligible bidders (proof of registration required) may download a complete set of tender document from State Department for Wildlife website: www.tourism.go.ke or Treasury portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke free of charge. Tenderers who download the document should register for notifications for any clarifications or addendum issued. . Completed tender documents should be submitted accompanied by a tender security issued by a reputable Commercial Bank or an approved Insurance Company by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority in the amount of KES 50,000. The tender security shall be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the tender opening date. Failure to provide bid security in the right format, right source, correct value, and validity period shall lead to disqualification of the bidder. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information, enquiries and clarifications from the office of Supply Chain Management Services, through the email: jmageh23117@yahoo.com, and 15th floor NSSF building Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box at the entrance of NSSF Building, Block A, Eastern wing 15th floor so as to be received on or before Tuesday 6th September, 2022 at 11.00 A.M. Submitted bids will be opened publicly in the 20th floor Conference room, NSSF building block A soon after the above stated closing date and time in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
