The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from potential vendorsto provide an effective due diligence tool that can be licensed to UN-Habitat to assess potential implementing partners. This tool will support UN-Habitat's mandate by establishing partnerships andcollaborations with entities that meet high standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability. The tool will be utilized to evaluate potential Implementing partners that have submitted expressions of interest (EOIs) for various programmes and projects.The tool should be a user-friendly duediligence tool that will facilitate UN-Habitat's thorough review and assessment of potential implementing partners. The tool should enable UN-Habitat to evaluate these potential implementing partners' financial, legal, operational, and reputational standing. It will be used to conduct risk and compliancechecks, investigations, reviews, or audits to verify facts and information about a particular implementing partner or end beneficiaries The expected output of due dilligence database system is to contribute to:(a) The reduction of risk involved in partnering with any sanctioned entity or individual.(b) Enhancing UN-Habitat's compliance with anti-money laundering and anti-bribery and corruption regulations by providing detailed reports on potential implementing partners.
