• Tenders are invited for Provision of Garbage Collection Services at National Museums of Kenya 1 National Museums of Kenya Headquarters along museum hill road-Types of waste; Food waste, mixed dry recycling waste material e.g. shredded papers, magazines etc., and garden waste. Twice per week 2 Uhuru Gardens - Langata Road Types of waste include; non-recyclable wastes, mixed dry recycling waste materials, food waste and garden waste Once per week 3 Karen Blixen museum - types of waste; garden waste and mixed dry recycling waste material. Once per week 4 Old PC - Kenyatta Avenue - type of waste; mixed dry recycling waste material, food waste and garden waste. Once per week 5 Ndemi Road staff flats - types of waste; non-recyclable wastes, mixed dry recycling waste materials, food waste and garden waste. Once per week Interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Document during office hours between 0900 and 1600 hours in the Office of the Principal Procurement Officer at the National Museums of Kenya along Museum Hill. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KES 1,000.00 in cash or Banker's Cheque and payable at the cash office, Heritage Centre, National Museums of Kenya Head Quarters. 4.Tender document may also be viewed and/or downloaded for free from the organization-s website: www.museums.or.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to Email: procurement@museums.or.ke to facilitate any further clarifications or addenda 5. Each tender must be accompanied by a duly filled and signed Tender Securing Declaration Form valid for sixty (60) days from the date of closing of the tender. 6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. 7. Completed tenders must be returned on or before 21st June, 2022 at 12:00 Noon (EA Time). 8.
