Description : The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites qualified firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for the provision of International Courier Services. The Contractor, through its network of offices and representatives worldwide, will be expected to handle large volume of International Shipments (documents and parcels) sent to and from Nairobi and various parts of the world. These services will be overseen by the Mail and Pouch and Archives Unit section of the United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) which is responsible for providing a mail and diplomatic pouch service mainly to various UN Agencies. The forecasted annual shipment volume is approximately 14,000 Kgs to and from various parts of the world. - Documents :
