Tenders are invited for Provision of Medical Cover for Staff and Dependents - Inpatient and outpatient covers for each employee and dependent (Inpatient 1,000,000 & outpatient 150,000) - Absentia from office due to illness - All that pertain Maternity cover - Optical 20.000 and dental 20.000 - Overseas cover - Last mile - Total or partial disability cover - Death All the above requirements are mandatory in order to be included in the proposal assessment Evaluation criteria: · Cost will be the main evaluation criteria 60% · Financial Muscle 30% · Past experience with AVSI and other INGO (10%) Established Medical insurance firms are advised to collect Tender Dossier at AVSI Main Offices off Thika rd, exit 8 Roysambu, St. Kizito building near TRM Mall as from 15th Dec 2022 during working hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 am-1:00 pm and 2:00 pm-5:00 pm) at a nonrefundable fee of Kshs 5000 fenders must be submitted before Thursday 6th Jan 2022,12.00 noon in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “TENDER N. AVSI/NRB/DEC/2021/10 in a tender box marked TENDER N. AVSI/NRB/DEC/2021/10 - Medical Cover 2022. Tender will be open on the same date at 12.30 noon, all suppliers are invited in the tender opening
