Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Motor Vehicle Insurance Services Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours i.e. 8.00am to 5.00 pm at the address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website www.nakuru.go.ke or IFMIS supplier portal: www.tenders.go.ke. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of KES. 1,000 (one thousand shillings only) in cash or Banker's Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.nakuru.go.ke or IFMIS supplier portal: www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to info@.nakuru.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. 6. All Tenders must be accompanied by an Original Tender security of 2% of the total bid amount in form of Bank guarantee, Banker-s cheque, or Guarantee(s) from deposit taking Micro Finance Institutions. The Tenderer shall chronologically and sequentially serialize all pages of the bid document from cover page to the last page including all attachments in the format of 1,2,3,4. 8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 24 th September 2021 at 10.00 am. (the completed tender documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes in both hard copy original and copy and also to be submitted through IFMIS SYSTEM) Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
