- Tenders are invited for Provision of MPESA and Cyber Cafe Services Interested bidders MUST attach documentary evidence of the following: 1. Dully filled Tender Form 2. Certificate of registration 3. Copy of VAT and PIN certificate from KRA 4. KRA Current tax compliance certificate (Applicable for Open Tenders) 5. Current single business permit 6. Proof of financial capacity to undertake Tender applied for including but not limited to a letter of recommendation from a financial institution (Applicable for Open Tenders) 7. Verifiable physical address that MUST include: the road, street, name of building and room number. 8. Brief company profile (2-3 pages). 9. Bidders shall apply for a Maximum of THREE Tenders. 10. CR-12 FORM 11. Three letters of recommendation from current clients. The recommenders must have verifiable physical address, email, and the current telephone numbers. Applicants are notified that failure by such clients to confirm such status can lead to disqualification. (Applicable for Open Tenders) 12. Copy of original KTTC payment receipt for bought tender documents 13. Copy of ATLEAST one LPO from each of your current clients (Applicable for Open Tenders) 14. Bidders under reserved category should have relevant registration certificate attached 15. Bidders applying for tender in insurance services must attach current certificates from insurance regulation authority (IRA) 16. Bidders applying for supply of supermarket items, hardware items, petrol, diesel and paraffin should be within a radius of not more than 12 kilometres from the College. 17. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Format 1, 2, 3,4,5……….n (where n is the last page number) including all attachments. Failure to adhere to this requirement may lead to Disqualification. Tender documents with detailed specifications may be obtained from procurement office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1000.00. Alternatively, the documents may be downloaded free of charge from KTTC website by visiting www.kttc.ac.ke.
