Tenders are invited for Provision of Photography and Videography Services during Kcb Corporate Events. Kindly ensure to acknowledgement tender and participation in the KCB Sourcing Portal immediately you receive the RFP notification. This will help you receive any communication regarding the tender before closure time. Firms that do not acknowledge and confirm participation in this manner may not be sent the RFP addenda should any arise. Background: 1.2. Aims and Objectives of the tender This document constitutes the formal Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of photography and videography services. We are looking for a firm to offer photography and videography services for Bank for all its corporate events for the next two years. The firm should have experience in delivering high quality content tailored to suit productions of any genre or complexity. KCB is interested in engaging a service provider and partner to provide photography and Videography services on a monthly retainer fee for all the 400 KCB corporate events that take place in Kenya annually. The main deliverables are detailed in section 2. Proposals from bidders should be submitted in two distinct parts, namely “Technical proposal” and “Financial proposal (Under lines page on the sourcing portal) and these should be submitted in the KCB Sourcing Portal on or before the closing
