- Tenders are invited for Provision of Security Control Room Management at the Exchange Building for A Period of Three (3) Years for The Financial Years 2023 - 2025. - Provide Day Time Controllers - 12hour Shift. - Controller to Meet the Basic Requirements as Listed in Schedule 1. - the Controller to Ensure that The Control Room Is Operational by Monitoring All the Cctv Footage and Immediately Alert the NSE of Any Breach of Security or Security Incidences. - Ensure that The Control Room Remains Secure at All Times and That No Unauthorized Person Enters the Room. - the Controller to Record Daily Occurrence in The Control Room Occurrence Book. - to Prepare Reports on A Quarterly Basis on Security Activities. - Record All Incidents/complaints Accurately at The Specific Time and In the Way in Which the Incident Happened. - Retrieve Footage's as And when Required to Track Incidents.
