• Description:
• The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) seeks to engage a qualified and experienced civil engineering contracting firm(s) to design and construct an upgraded septic tank(s) and waste water reticulation system at the UNON Complex. The objective is to establish a reliable, compliant, and scalable wastewater treatment solution that:• Meets current operational wastewater treatment needs• Complies with Kenyan environmental and public health regulations• Aligns with international wastewater management standards (WHO guidelines)• Provides capacity for future expansion to accommodate increased demand• Ensures minimal disruption to ongoing UN operations during implementationStage 1: Immediate Upgrade (Mandatory):Tol be executed to address the current wastewater treatment infrastructure.
