- Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of MbaloniWautu-Kyenzenzeni Road Interested and eligible contractors may download tender documents from County Government Website www.makueni.go.ke or the IFMIS supplier portal: http://supplier.treasury.go.ke free of charge. Completed tender documents MUST be submitted through IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: http://supplier.treasury.go.ke so as to be received on or before TUESDAY 20TH FEBRUARY 2024 AT 10:00AM. The system will automatically lock out at the time and date of tender closing as indicated in the IFMIS portal. PRE-TENDER SITE VISIT REQUIREMENTS Every bidder shall be represented by one technical person with a minimum qualification of a diploma in civil/highway engineering. The Individual MUST bring along the following; 1. Original ID/Passport and a Certified copy 2. Certified copy of diploma / higher diploma/degree certificate 3. Original Introductory letter bearing the company letter head and an official stamp authorizing them to represent the company in the specified pre-tender site visit. The letter shall be dully signed. Photocopy or any other media shall not be accepted.
