• Tenders are invited for Replacement of KPRL R22 Refrigerant Airconditioning Systems. 1. The Kenya pipeline company Limited invites sealed Tender for replacement of KPRL R22 refrigerant air-conditioning systems at PS15, Mombasa at KPC Changamwe Depot (PS15) 2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. 3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents from the website: www.kpc.co.ke. 4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.kpc.co.ke or www.tenders.go.ke .Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. 5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the above website www.kpc.co.ke. 6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for One hundred and Eighty Two days 182 days from the date of opening of tenders. 7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kes. 100,000.00 from a bank Registered in Kenya or from an Insurance Company Approved by PPRA valid for 212 days from the date of tender opening. 8.
