Description:
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) is seeking to enter into a Frame Agreement (FA) with a qualified and dedicated Supplier for the rental of a warehouse space, warehouse management and handling of UNHCR's core relief items (CRIs) in its Global Stockpile based inNairobi. The FA is for an initial duration of two (2) years, potentially extendable three (3) times for an additional period of one (1) year each under the same terms and conditions including prices, subject to satisfactory vendor performance and operational needs.The required services include spacerental per square meter; stock management and reporting; handling of incoming and outgoing goods (loading, off-loading, stacking and record keeping, and provision of additional labor for ad-hoc tasks). The said warehouse will be used to store all in-coming UNHCR shipments into the country for thedifferent programs, securely under appropriate conditions and professionally. This shall include proper planning, recording, controlling, and monitoring of inventories and the implementation of appropriate measures for safe handling and/or disposal of the goods.RFP KEYDATES:
