- The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out task to provide leadership to the Coalition of Director Generals of National AIDS Commissions of GPC focus countries to drive achievement of the HIV Prevention Roadmap 2025.The specific objectives of this consultancy include:▪ Facilitate re-shaping Country Leadership for HIV Prevention▪ Support development of guidance on the establishment and implementation of multi-sector combination prevention programs▪ Contribute to knowledge sharing on strategies for sustainable financing, including domestic financing for multi-sector HIV prevention responses among GPC Focus countries and Partners.▪ Guide and support coordination of the Director Generals of AIDS Commissions ForumKey roles and responsibilitiesFacilitate re-shaping Country Leadership for HIV Preventioni.
