Description:
ITC is looking to contract, for a period of 9 months, a company specialised in preparing digital entrepreneurs to market their digital services.The contractor will be required to:Identify candidates for the programmeConduct in-person training on foundational digital literacy, soft skills for remote workDeliver specialized training in online freelancing (e.g. data entry, customer experience, transcription)prepare the trainees to connect to market through online platformsEnsure linkages to work opportunities post training, especially freelancing platformsProvide alumni post-training supportThe targeted entrepreneurs are refugee and host community youth (aged 18 29) from Kakuma (Kenya) The contractor is expected to select 60 trainees, minimum of 50% of them being women.Further details are available in the documents attached to this tender.
