• Expression of Interest are invited for Selection of Individual Consultants for Technical Assistant to Support Implementation of The Cross-Border Trade Programme Under the East Africa Economic Recovery and Reform Activity (ERRA). - Provide Support in Design of the CBT ERRA Programme including Preparing and Reviewing Annual Workplans and Relevant Project Inception Reports - Contribute to the Development of Project Monitoring and Evaluation Tools for the CBT Programme including Log Frames, Monitoring Plans, Results Chains, Baseline and Impact Assessments, Activity Reporting Tools and Any Other Necessary Documents. - Provide Support towards Project Mobilisation, Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Reports and Other Project Documents including, including Project Concept Notes, Yearly and Quarterly Workplans, Periodic Project Reports, Other Supportive Stakeholder, and Donor Reports. - Provide Regular and Consistent Follow-up with All the Stakeholders and Partners, Monitoring and Tracking of Project Activities to Ensure Implementation within Set Timelines, within Budget and in Compliance with TMA-s and USAID-S Policies and Procedures. - Provide Support in the Design and Execution of Commissioned Surveys, Studies and Evaluations - Provide Support in Regular Project Data Collection to Inform Continuous Monitoring and Evaluation of the Programme - Provide Support in Engaging Stakeholders and Strengthening Partnerships across the CBT Ecosystem - Provide Support in Development of Various Knowledge Products including Documentation of Lessons Learnt to Support the CLA Framework - Provide Support to Project Leaders, Working Closely with TMA-s Communications Team in the Development of Various Communication Productions e.g., Project Factsheets, Brochures, Impact Stories and Documentaries, as Part of Project Sensitization and Awareness. - Provide Administrative and Logistical Support in Convening and Planning of Project Activities e.g., Workshops, Trainings. - Undertake Essential Project Missions as Deemed Necessary - Undertake Any Other Programme Management Duties that may Arise to Ensure Successful Implementation of the Programme.
