Description:
1. Global Procurement Support Section (GPSS) in Entebbe, Uganda intends to establish a long term contract for the provision of simultaneous Language Interpretation, Interpreting Equipment and Translation Services for meetings convened by the United Nations Office of the Special Envoy for the Great Lakes Region. It is aniticipated that the contract will be three years with an initial period of one year and optional two year extensions of one-year each (1+1+1).2. GPSS is encouraging vendors who could meet the dynamic supply chains requirements that are reliable, responsive, agile and cost effective to express interest in participating in this solicitation exercise. With a view to provide language proficiency in four languages including English, French, Arabic and Portuguese. 3. These services are required in the Great lakes Region including Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Rwanda, Tanzania, Malawi, Ethiopia, and Mozambique.
