Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Airtime (Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom) The Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital invites sealed tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Airtime Items under framework contracting for three years (3) and the items shall be delivered at MTRH on a need basis. 3. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. 4. Tendering is open to all tenderers who are qualified and eligible to bid. 5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Document during office hours from 8.30 a.m to 4.30 p.m at Supply Chain Department. 6. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a non- refundable fee of KES.1000 in cash or bankers- cheque and payable at the Hospital-s cash office, Room 40. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from www.mtrh.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke under tender portals will be free of charge. 7. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to supplies@mtrh.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. 8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security” of Kshs. 10,000/- in form of Bankers-cheque, Bank or insurance guarantee issued by insurance company registered and licensed by Insurance Regulatory Authority and listed by PPRA valid for 150 days after the date of tender opening.
