- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Polythene Planting Bags (Potting Bags) as Per Specifications. Bid Bond Amount: KES 500,000.00 Interested eligible candidates may obtain tender documents from Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Ragati Road, NHIF Building, 11th floor, Supply Chain Management Office room 1102 during normal working hours (8.00 am to 5.00pm, Monday-Friday, with exemption of public holidays) upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh1000 payable in cash or Bankers cheque to the Principal Secretary Ministry of Environment and Forestry or download the document free of charge from Ministry website: or and In case the documents are downloaded, bidders must inform the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Supply Chain Management Services immediately for recording purpose.
