- Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Electronic Appliances e.g. Tvs, Radios, Fridges, Dispensers, Air Conditioners Etc Mandatory Requirements: 1. Copy of valid Certificate of Registration from Puntland Ministry of Commerce if is a firm. 2. Valid Copy of registration from Puntland national tender board if it is a firm. 3. Up To Date tax clearance certificate/ TIN from Puntland Ministry of finance. 4. Bank account with a proof of statement from December 2019 to December 2020. 5. Copy of valid Trade License/ Current business licenses from relevant authorities e.g. City council 6. Copy of Registration certificate as a contractor by Ministry of Roads and Public Works and other relevant authorities for all civil/ works contractors 7. Evidence of supply of similar goods and services e.g. a Copy of Letter of recommendation from 3 previous organizations served with similar works
