Description:
Tenders are invited for Support for Reintegration and Distribution of Agricultural Production Assets (Private Collaboration)-Tractor Hours The tractors are required before the 15th of September 2022 Outputs & Methods: 1. The works will be in Jowhar Districts in 5 villages: Bananey, Bulo, Warray, Gafay, Kongo, Barey,Gumbe and New Garash. 2. Provision of service of 1350 hours of tractor service for ploughing to support land preparation to 450 farmers (3h=1ha) 3. A staff member from MoAI would be monitoring the implementation of the activities daily 4. The works should be in coordinate with CEFA Field Staff to establish correct and tempested beneficiaries- mobilization. Photographic and timesheet, and further evidence of the activity should be provided to CEFA. All the relevant certifications should be provided to CEFA, at BID opening. Procedures 1.1 More than one service provider has been invited to submit bids for the above services, without commitment in any way to any of the firms to award such contract; 1.2 CEFA will award the contract to the individual that submits the most cost-effective bid and according to the type of vehicle that will be employed for the assignment.
