- Under the K-WASH Program for Results, the World Bank is supporting the Government of Kenya in delivering WASH services through an integrated approach that includes refugees in the mainstream government services delivery structure, in line with the SHIRIKA plan led by the Department of Refugee Services (DRS). To support this effort, the Bank seeks a consultant firm to assist the Task team in extending technical backstopping implementation support to the State Department for Water and Sanitation (SDWS), the DRS, and the County Governments of Turkana and Garissa, to structure and define scope of the transition to an integrated WASH service model for refugees and host communities in Kenya.
