- Expression of Interest are invited for Technical Assistance for Preparation of Performance Improvement Action Plans (PIAPs) Hiring of a qualified consultancy firm to support the World Bank task team in providing guidance to the 33 participating WSPs towards the preparation of comprehensive Performance Improvement Action Plans. The Bank will only provide technical guidance and advisory support to the task force in undertaking this exercise but the primary responsibility for the data collection, self-assessment, analysis and preparation of the PIAPs rests with the WSP. The expected support categories are as follows: Task 1 - Drafting of Assessments Tools Task 2 - Facilitating capacity building and providing technical guidance Task 3 - Review of data analysis outputs and quality of reports
